Selection Process & Speaker Requirements

• Selected speakers will be notified by Sunday, July 27, 2025.

• All accepted speakers must sign an agreement and submit required materials. Any changes or incomplete forms not received by September 7, 2025 may result in removal from the lineup.

• All speakers are required to be available to present on either day of the conference Friday, October 17 or Saturday, October 18 between 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

• If you're submitting with co-panelists, they must be added in the initial submission form for consideration. No exceptions.
